关于ChatGPT Plus扣费成功,Plus非有效状态

前言

最近,有用户反映,Plus账号没有续费成功,一开始还以为是我忘记给卡里充值了,后来查出,有扣费记录,而且是扣了两次费用,这就奇怪了。目前只能通过邮件联系openai官方了解原因了。

经过

现在还不知道原因,意思是联系我的银行,看样子是不能直接补上了,那只能先给客户重新订阅,再自己背负不能自动退款的风险吧,理应我付款后,原来的付款会修作废并退回给我的。希望如此吧。
